Who is Justin?

Justin began his dive into the multi-media world in the mid-90s when his friend Chaz taught him how to program and create websites. His programming skills grew from there, then a few years later he picked up a video camera and taught himself film making & editing. He moved from CA to AZ in 2003, established 5 Pints in 2004 and the rest, as they say, is “history”.

Who is Andrea?

Andrea is a talented and seasoned graphic designer whose creative journey began in 2000 after earning an Associate’s degree in Visual Arts and Communications. Starting her career in the design department at Alliance Beverage Distributing, Andrea gained invaluable experience before transitioning to the print industry, where she excelled in print production.

In 2005, Andrea launched her own small business, contracting with local print shops and high-profile clients, including Petsmart, showcasing her versatility and entrepreneurial spirit. Her career took a transformative turn in 2012 when she met Justin Clegg, who introduced her to the dynamic world of web design.

Andrea joined the 5 Pints team, bringing with her a wealth of creative print and logo design expertise. She has since expanded her skills to include website and software-driven design, quickly becoming an essential part of the team. Beyond her technical abilities, Andrea’s uplifting nature and boundless positivity make her the “secret ingredient” that keeps everything running smoothly.

In short, Andrea is an indispensable asset to any project she touches, blending creativity, skill, and a fantastic attitude.

Who is Josh?

Josh is a skilled developer and engineer, adept in so many aspects of development work. If he doesn’t already know the answer then he moves at lightning speed to find the answers and solutions. Josh is a problem solver, extremely talented at what he does, he’s also a caring and good-hearted person, a great compliment to the team.

After graduating from college, May of 2017, Josh started exploring opportunities in the online world. Josh was drawn to the flexibility and potential of digital work, and after learning about the growing demand for tech-related services, he decided to focus on areas like programming. Over time, Josh found his passion in web development and server management, which felt like a perfect fit for his interests and skills.

Josh’s OJT experience at AMA College gave him hands-on web development skills, while his formal education at FSUU equipped him with a strong theoretical and technical foundation in programming and IT. This combination of practical experience and academic knowledge helped shape his skills as a developer.

Josh thoroughly enjoys learning, whether it’s learning a new technology or a fresh problem to solve and code challenges are particularly satisfying because he gets to break down complex issues into manageable solutions. Josh also finds it fulfilling to contribute to the many 5 Pint’s companies we service, knowing his work helps them overcome obstacles to achieve their goals.

Who is Gene?

Gene always enjoyed problem solving and creating products that make people’s life easier. When Gene was a teenager, he discovered programming through a school project, and it felt like he had unlocked superpowers—creating something functional out of pure logic and imagination. From then, Gene knew this was the path he wanted to take.

Gene wrote his first lines of code in his first year of college and have been working professionally as a developer for over 6 years. Gene began his career as a junior developer in 2019 and eventually advanced to a senior-level position.

Gene earned a degree in information technology from Father Saturnino Urios University, where he studied software development, data structures, and algorithms. During at the University, he also did internships that gave him hands-on experience developing web and mobile applications. Beyond formal schooling, Gene stay current with industry trends via self-learning and attending workshops.

What Gene enjoy most about his job is the creative problem-solving aspect—breaking down difficult problems and creating elegant, efficient solutions. Gene also enjoy coaching junior developers, working with cross-functional teams, and witnessing the practical results of his efforts for people and businesses. The technology industry changes so quickly that there is always something new to learn, which keeps him motivated and involved.

During the vacation days after Dagz graduated high school (2007), he dedicated his time to practicing and learning how to build websites using WordPress. In his fourth year as a college student, he applied for a position as a WordPress developer at a local startup company and started working there while still pursuing his studies.

Since then he honed his skills in customizing WordPress themes and plugins and learning how to custom build his own plugins.
He enjoys solving tricky problems and turning ideas into easy-to-use websites that work well for everyone.

What Dagz enjoys most is the freedom to be creative and see how his work helps businesses succeed.

Who is Jepril?

Jepril Achapero is a talented software engineer whose career journey began unexpectedly after graduating from Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU) in Butuan City in 2017. With a love for solving programming challenges, Jepril enjoys creating dynamic and functional web software solutions—whether the tasks are complicated or not. His path into web and software development was unplanned, but it’s a field where his curiosity and skills have flourished.

Beyond coding, Jepril is passionate about sports like baseball and basketball, and he also loves the thrill of riding motorcycles. A true foodie, he finds joy in exploring delicious meals. Recently, he has taken up calisthenics workouts to build both mental and physical strength, embracing a balanced and disciplined lifestyle. With his unique blend of technical expertise and an active, adventurous spirit, Jepril continues to grow both professionally and personally.

Who is Klaven?

Klaven have a best life in the Philippines with his wife and three adorable kids, Klaven started this kind of work when hes’s in college while learning on how to be more efficient in programming.  Klaven also developed his eagerness to know more. Then until he do his self study on how to be a web developer by accepting local projects. Klaven graduated Bachelor of Science in information Technology at Father saturnino urios university and attend some of in-house seminars and trainings.

Klaven  really do enjoy this kind of work because of the logic and the new codes that will make him more functional.

Who is Arnold?

Arnold Laurence Jao is a full-stack developer that specializes in React.js for front-end and Laravel for back-end development. He has substantial expertise developing online applications, particularly Progressive Web Applications (PWA), that provide seamless user experiences across platforms. Aside from his technical expertise, Arnold enjoys reading comic books, exploring new places, and playing video games.

Arnold got into this line of work because he has always been interested in technology and problem solving. The dynamic aspect of web programming peaked his interest since it blends creativity and logic to create solutions with real-world impact. He enjoys turning ideas into usable, user-friendly applications and always improving his skills to stay competitive in this fast-paced profession.

After graduating with his degree, Arnold began working actively as a developer. While he admits that he was still rough around the edges at the beginning, he welcomed the adventure of constant learning and development. This approach has enabled him to improve his skills over time and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the technology business.

Who is Rey?

Rey Christopher Pelisco, or RC to his friends, is a dedicated web developer with a great interest in technology. His journey into the field of web development began after he graduated from college in 2018, motivated by a lifelong interest about how things function and a passion to build creative digital experiences. Since entering the business, RC has used his problem-solving abilities and creative intuition to create responsive, user-friendly websites while always perfecting his art. His experience in gaming and tinkering has given him a distinct advantage, allowing him to approach problems with a lighthearted yet concentrated mindset, constantly looking for the most efficient and effective solutions.

RC’s enthusiasm for technology goes beyond his professional life. He enjoys trying out new tools, frameworks, and coding methodologies, continuously pushing the limits of his abilities and improving his knowledge. He enjoys the difficulties that each project brings, whether it’s creating websites from scratch, optimizing current platforms, or learning new technologies. His ability to adapt and innovate in a constantly changing business has made him a valued asset in his field, as he regularly delivers high-quality outcomes that meet both practical and aesthetic requirements.

Who is McCoy?

McCoy is an easy-going person and has showed interest in arts, video-games at his very young age. In high school, he was curious about the video games he played and wondered how they work, and discovered programming. He then pursued his interest and enrolled to a technical course: 3D Animation after high school.

In 2017, McCoy enrolled to an Information Technology degree to pursue his passion in programming and learned a lot in his college days at University of Cebu. While studying, he also practiced web development and programming in his laptop until he graduated. After McCoy graduated, he also got into graphic design where he designed post/invitation cards in a graphic designing company and learned more about the essence and significance of digital design. He then got into the web development when he joined a web design/development company and developed his skills there specially in SEO development. While there, he also learned and developed his knowledge related to WordPress in design, structure, builder, technology, themes, and plugins.

What McCoy enjoys the most is learning new things to grow as a developer and discovering a different approach or solution to a problem he face. He openly welcomes any challenges and actively try to solve them if it helps achieve the business goals.

Who is Clayton?

Clayton  graduated from Father Saturnino Urios University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), which reflects his passion for technology and creativity.

He values balance in life. He enjoy playing basketball, running, and computer games, activities that allows him to stay active, competitive, and connected to his interests. He also love to go out and hang out with his friends, creating memories and building meaningful connections. Initially silent, but quickly change people’s impressions as he’s approachable, easy-going, and enjoy good conversations and laughter.

Clayton gained experience in this field through their college course, where he enjoyed designing and editing posters, media, and videos for other students, thereby establishing a freelance career.

After Clayton graduated, he and his friend continued freelancing. One of his coworkers, who already had a job, invited him to join him as a content poster designer, and I accepted. Following that position, he worked as a website designer for a few online companies. While doing these hustles, he also attended different school trainings, seminars, and bootcamps.

Clayton enjoyed bringing clients’ ideas and sketches to life and delivering the desired results.

Who is Bambi?

It all started on 2020, when Bambi’s friend, a frontend web developer, told him about web development while they were hanging out and drinking. Bambi wouldn’t have been curious if  his friend hadn’t mentioned his impressive monthly income. Intrigued, Bambi went home, researched, and realized it was a well-paying field. That’s where his journey began.

YouTube became his go-to for learning, helping him pick up HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, and JavaScript. Bambi watched those video courses and didn’t regret it. Bambi learned how to create websites that work well on different devices, organize his work efficiently, and use helpful tools like NPM for managing projects. Bambi also discovered ways to speed up tasks with tools like Gulp and Webpack, share his work on platforms like GitHub, and write better code by following structured approaches. The courses also introduced him to techniques for improving CSS organization and making sure his JavaScript works smoothly across different browsers.

There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a design come to life on a webpage. That’s why Bambi love frontend development—it’s a perfect mix of creativity and logic.

And before all of this frontend web development stuffs, Bambi do video editing too. He just loves typography and transition animations.

Who is Dean?

Dean is known for his friendly personality and the ability to easily make connections with others. His friends simply call him “Dean,” and his approachable nature helps him build lasting relationships.

He stepped into his line of work because he was always interested in computers. He studied Information Technology at the university in his city, he also developed a passion for design, particularly graphic design, which he started learning during his studies and still pursue today. Troubleshooting computers became another skill he picked up, and it turned into one of his side jobs to earn money while I was studying.

After he finished his studies in college, he worked as an encoder. Then, some of his classmates needed a graphic designer/web designer, so he joined their team in 2019. Dean studied at Father Saturnino Urios University in Butuan City. He also participated in the “Google IO” seminar in 2015. For design, he mainly self-studied and occasionally asked skilled individuals for advice. After finishing college, he studied Computer System Servicing through the Alternative Learning System (ALS).

As the QA leader, Dean enjoys helping find clarity, solving problems and spark creativity with the software solutions we develop all while performing the important role of QA testing. He finds it fulfilling to share knowledge and to also support others in meaningful ways.

Who is Tyler?

Tyler is a seasoned cameraman with over a decade of experience capturing stunning visuals that tell compelling stories. His passion for filmmaking shines through in every project, bringing a fresh, youthful energy to his work. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of cinematography, Tyler creates dynamic and immersive visuals that leave a lasting impact. Whether shooting high-energy action sequences, breathtaking landscapes, or intimate documentary moments, he combines technical expertise with artistic vision to deliver outstanding results.

Who is Kyle?

Kyle is a skilled cameraman and versatile editor with eight years of experience in the film industry. While he began his career behind the camera, capturing high-quality 4K footage with drones and high-end cameras, his passion for storytelling has led him to focus primarily on editing. His background in cinematography gives him a unique edge in post-production, allowing him to craft seamless narratives that blend dynamic visuals with engaging motion. With a keen eye for detail and a youthful energy, Kyle brings a fresh perspective to every project, ensuring each frame is visually striking and emotionally impactful.

Now specializing in both 2D and 3D editing and animation, Kyle transforms raw footage into polished, cinematic experiences.
